DEPOSIT POLICY
50% must be paid at the time of confirmation of reservation.
We require the remaining 50%, full payment, within 60 days of your arrival date. These payments can be made by check, MC, Visa, American Express. A written confirmation will be sent when we process your deposit.
 
RESERVATION POLICY
There is a two-night minimum on weekends. A three-night minimum on holiday weekends.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
61+ days prior to arrival will be charged a $50.00 service fee.
60 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the entire amount of your stay unless the space can be rebooked.

A $50.00 service fee applies to re-bookings.

CHECK IN TIME
Check in time is between 4 pm and 10 pm Eastern time. Please call if you will be arriving after 10 pm Eastern time to receive late check in procedure.

OTHER
Insel Haus fees do not include travel. They are for lodging only.
Gift Certificates are available.
There is a $25.00 key charge for all keys not left at time of departure.
If you are planning on having visitors for the day, there is a $25.00 per day/per person charge.
Sorry, no pets.
Rates are based on a maximum of two guests for Opa's Room, Shiela's Room, Kayla's Room, Oma's Suite or Tania's Suite.
Rates are based on a maximum of four guests for Spinner's Suite, Teddy's Hideaway, Erin's Suite, Joanie's Suite or Monica's Favorite.
Rates are based on a maximum of eight guests for Trotter's Suite or Shelby's Paradise.
Rates are based on a maximum of ten guests for Dana's Paradise.
A $1500.00 security deposit is required for the rental of the entire Insel Haus Bed and Breakfast (Dana's and Shelby's Paradise.)
A $750.00 security deposit is required for the rental of Dana's Paradise.
A $750.00 security deposit is required for the rental of Shelby's Paradise.
8% sales and lodging tax on all rentals.
